Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bhagyalakshmi Groups, we strive to deliver high-quality construction, interior design, and villa development services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be considered. By engaging with our services or making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Conditions

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official communication channels.
  • Processing of refunds (if applicable) may take 7–21 business days after approval.
  • Bhagyalakshmi Groups reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

2. Construction Services

2.1 Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel construction services:

  • Before project initiation:
    A cancellation fee of 10%–20% of the total project estimate may apply to cover administrative and planning costs.
  • After project initiation:
    No refund will be issued for:
    • Completed work
    • Materials procured
    • Labour or design hours utilized
      Any remaining balance (if any) after deducting these costs will be refunded.

2.2 Cancellation by Bhagyalakshmi Groups

In rare circumstances where we must cancel the service due to unforeseen issues (regulatory, legal, or operational), clients will receive:

  • A full refund of unused funds, or
  • A mutually agreed alternative solution

3. Interior Design Services

3.1 Cancellation Before Design Work Starts

A flat fee of up to 15% of the project quotation may be charged for administrative and design planning processes.

3.2 Cancellation After Design Work Begins

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed design work
  • Materials already purchased
  • Third-party contractor services engaged

If the client cancels after partial work, prorated deductions will be applied.

3.3 Customised Products

Items manufactured or customized exclusively for the client
(e.g., modular furniture, bespoke fittings, custom false ceilings)
are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.

4. Villas Construction & Sale (Real Estate Transactions)

4.1 Booking Amount

The booking amount paid for villas:

  • Is generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the Sale Agreement or applicable law.
  • Cancellations initiated by the client may result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

4.2 Agreement Stage

Once a Sale Agreement is executed:

  • Refunds are subject to RERA guidelines, local regulations, and terms documented in the agreement.
  • Processing charges, documentation expenses, and legal fees will be deducted if applicable.

4.3 Project Delays

If any delays occur due to force majeure (natural calamities, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions), refunds will not be issued.
Any compensation (if applicable) will follow:

  • Contractual terms
  • RERA Rules
  • Local jurisdiction laws

4.4 Cancellation by Bhagyalakshmi Groups

If the company cancels a villa project due to regulatory or operational factors:

  • The customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, without interest, unless specified otherwise by the agreement.

5. Online Payments

Any online payment made through the website or authorized payment gateway:

  • Is considered valid only when acknowledged by Bhagyalakshmi Groups
  • Will not be refunded in case of mistaken or duplicate payments unless verified and approved by the finance team
  • Payment gateway charges may be deducted from refund amounts

6. No Refund for Completed Work

Once the construction, interior, or villa project is fully completed or handed over:

  • No refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

7. Force Majeure

Bhagyalakshmi Groups is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Lockdowns
  • Government restrictions
  • Labour strikes
  • Supply chain disruptions

Refund decisions in such cases will follow contractual terms and applicable laws.
